Privacy Policy

This service processes your audio and the resulting translation text through these sub-processors:

• LiveKit Cloud — WebRTC audio relay (EU)
• Alibaba DashScope — Qwen3 LiveTranslate translation engine (mainland China)
• Supabase — authentication and account database (EU)
• Microsoft Azure — virtual machine hosting (Germany)

Audio is not retained after a session ends. Translation text is held in memory for the duration of a session and may briefly appear in operational server logs. Account-level data (email, hashed password, free-trial credits balance) is stored by Supabase.
